2. Information you provide

If you use the enquiry form, we may receive information such as your name, company, email address, phone number, business type, employee count, services you are interested in and the message you submit. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial records through the general enquiry form.

If you book a consultation, the information you provide is also processed through the booking service. If you contact us using WhatsApp or email, those services process the information you choose to send.

3. How we use enquiry information

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand the support you are looking for, arrange a consultation and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into an engagement. We may also need to retain certain correspondence for recordkeeping or to meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Optional website analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used only if you choose Accept analytics in the privacy banner. It helps us understand which pages are visited and whether people interact with consultation, WhatsApp, email or phone links. If you reject optional analytics, the website does not initialise analytics on subsequent visits. If you change your choice after previously accepting, the preference is updated and available Google Analytics cookies are removed. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Analytics reporting may include page views, device/browser information, approximate location derived by the analytics service, referral information and interaction events. We do not intentionally send enquiry form contents, names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Google Analytics.

5. Service providers

To operate this website and provide the features described above, information may be processed by service providers involved in website hosting, enquiry form delivery, consultation booking, email, WhatsApp and—if you consent—Google Analytics. Those providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy information. Depending on provider configuration, processing may take place outside Malta or the European Economic Area.

6. Cookies and your choices

The website stores a small preference in your browser so it can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. Google Analytics technologies are enabled only after you accept. Selecting Reject optional prevents this website from loading the analytics tag. Use the footer's Cookie settings control to change your choice. Browser settings can also be used to clear stored data.

7. Retention and security

We aim to keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable obligations. The retention periods of third-party providers are also subject to their settings and policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
